The Party!

We understand how frustrating hosting a party can be and the amount of work parents have to manage. That's why we aim to offer a comprehensive, hassle-free party service at a reasonable price with unparalleled service. Parents only need to bring their children, guests, food and cakes; we will take care of everything else!

We offer customized packages for events or parties, tailored to suit your needs!

PRIVATE PARTY:

( You own the entire store!)

 

Cost: $750 + Tax  

 

​Times and Date:

  • Sundays 3:30pm-5:30pm 

       (3:15-3:30 check-in and set up,

        5:30-5:45 clean up and departure) 

  • Holiday excluded, please contact us for available dates

 

Capacity: 

Admission for up to 16 kids, including the birthday child, with up to 32 adults

 

What includes: 

  • 16  2-hour play passes  

  • Themed photo backdrop with cake table ( The design varies ) 

  • Reserved Table with matching tablecloth and paper utensils 

  • 16 Goodie bags including exclusive 1 Upper toy and 15 Uppers plush pillow, plus 16 vouchers for free flower  cotton candy ($314 value in total)  

  • 16 exclusive Yakult yogurt drink ( Retail price: $6.25 each ) 

  • 16 bottles of water 

  • 16 bags of snack chips 

  • 20% off in-store purchases on the day of the party

Upgraded catering option:

 For up to 16 children and 32 parents- 

  • Chinese Cuisine: +$200

  • Japanese Cuisine: +$300

  • Mexico Cuisine: price TBD

Dining Policy: ​

  • Outside food and cakes allowed  ​

  • NO alcohol drink, NO on-site cooking or warming allowed

Payment Policy: 

  • ​$200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due upon reservation 

  • Balance due 5 days before reserved date

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  

  • Full refund of balance if canceled 72 hours before the reserved date

  • 50% refund of balance if canceled 48 hours before reserved date

  • NO refund of balance if canceled within 48 hours of reserved date 

NON-PRIVATE PARTY:

( In designated open and shared areas)

Cost: $400+Tax

Times and Date: 

  • 2-hour time slot during our business hours​

  • We provide 15 minutes before the event for check-in and setup, and 15 minutes after the event for cleanup and departure.​

 

Capacity: 

Admission for up to 8 kids, including the birthday child, with up to 16 adults

 

What Includes:

  • 8  2-hour play passes

  • Themed photo backdrop with cake table (The design varies ) 

  • Reserved table with matching tablecloths and paper utensils

  • 8 Goodie bags including exclusive 1 Upper toy and 7 Upper plush pillow, plus 8 vouchers for free flower cotton candy ($157 value in total )

  • 8 exclusive Yakult yogurt drink ( Retail price: $6.25 each )

Upon Arrival: 

  • We highly recommend that all party participants sign waivers online before arrival.

  • Socks are required for both kids and parents to enter the play area; non-slip socks are recommended.

​HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

                confirm the available date ( Sunday only) 

 

Step 2: Pay Deposit here --> 

 

Step 3: We will send you a confirmation email shortly. You can communicate any questions or customization requests via email.

Step 4: We will email you the balance payment link 2 weeks before your reserved date. You will have up to 1 week to make the payment, confirm the final guest count, and submit any customization requests before the reserved date.
